That's for people who have a problem with something in the game and would like to make a suggestion. I would also like to point out that someone is more likely to be like "hey, I don't like this I'm going to talk to someone about it" than "hey I'm enjoying myself so I think I'll compliment the runescape creators". Another thing to consider is that you probably won't compliment multiple times while you probably will think of something else that you're not so fond of in the game (so you'll comment in the so-called "rant" section multiple times). I don't have time to respond to every one of your RS critiques so I just picked the one that I thought had the most flaws.
